We offer a wide range of outdoor equipment including kayaks, snowshoes, and stand-up paddleboards for rent. Our inventory is designed to cater to all outdoor enthusiasts, ensuring you have the right gear for your adventures.
How does the online booking system work?
Our online booking system allows you to easily reserve equipment through our website. Through the online booking link on our website, select your preferred watercraft, duration, life jacket size, date and time slot, and select the delivery or pick-up options during checkout. Be sure to double check your selections in the checkout page before payment and complete the digital paperwork for a seamless experience!
What are the delivery and pickup options available?
We provide flexible delivery and pickup options for your convenience. You can choose to have your equipment delivered to your location of choice from our offered locations or pick it up directly from our store, making your outdoor experience hassle-free. Pick-up includes universal soft roof pads or a bed extender free of charge, or you can tow your equipment yourself at your own risk with your own vehicle/trailer. We deliver to 13 lakes & ponds including Bear Pond in Waterford, Pennesseewassee Lake near Norway, and Kezar Lake.
Is there a minimum age requirement for rentals?
Yes, the minimum age requirement for renting equipment is 18 years old. We ensure that all renters are of legal age to handle our outdoor gear responsibly and safely. Children can paddle with adult supervision; under 8 should ride tandem with an adult. Children 10 years old or younger must wear a PFD at all times while on board, unless the watercraft is docked, anchored, or moored. See Maine boating laws for details here.*
What payment methods do you accept for purchases?
We accept credit cards and debit cards for all purchases made through our booking platform. This ensures a secure and convenient transaction process for our customers.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental. Please refer to our rental agreement for more details.
